School is back in full force and along with that comes the extracurricular activities. So moms around the country are busy driving their kids to soccer, dance, music lessons and band practice to name a few. While you're waiting for them to finish whatever activity they're doing, take about 9 minutes in your car to do this meditation to help relieve stress and anxiety. It's all about focusing on your breath and taking time for yourself to sink into this quiet moment.
